Friday morning I had my vehicle at Criswell Chevy for routine maintenance and when it was done I approached Brandon from body that I was having some trouble with my carbon fiber rear wing and the next time I come for routine service I'd know whether If I had to leave my car for the repair while there for the routine service or if it could be done while I wait. Mike did an excellent job, went above and beyond, and made the repair process smooth and easy. Criswell did great body work, and I’d gladly refer friends, family, and customers there.
I keep returning to the Criswell Body Shop for big and small repairs to my car. The work the bodyshop does is excellent, the price reasonable and the people running the place are the best. Andrew, the manager, is a great guy who not only made sure I was satisfied with the work product but also educated me about how insurance companies work. He really helped me navigate the process. Another employee in the department who deserves positive mention is Justin. Friendly, great follow through and professional.
Although it took almost 11 weeks to get a needed part from overseas for my car repair, Brandon was a shining light in the process. He took over my case in the last few weeks and kept me informed as he worked with the insurance company for approval on the costs of parts and labor. His cheery voice was uplifting and a wonderful symbol of the Criswell organization. I truly appreciated his stewardship of my car’s repair process.
