I brought my alfa romero guilia here for repairs after hitting a small pothole I was charged 250 for a diagnosis and all the technician did was get in my car and try to start it then and said the engine had no compression and said it would be another 750 for a further diagnosis, with the pothole being so small I could not believe that it would cause serious engine damage so I took it to a smaller shop and had the repairs done for only $323.00 and a free diagnostic test, after seeing many bad reviews from this dealership/serv... read more

Nice people and they do good work. The issue is the pricing for simple jobs. Oil changes and some engine work are priced fairly. However, $300 to replace an air filter? $990 to replace 4 spark plugs? These are simple jobs that do not require that much effort. They will bank on the fact that because you own this brand, you won't do the work yourself. Go for oil changes. But before you agree to other work, look up the actual part price from Mopar and shop around for smaller garages if you're not capable of doing the work yours... read more

I have been taking my Alfa 4C to Criswell since it was delivered new. They have a high degree of knowledge and skill with these unique cars, and have been the only ones who touch it, from its PDI in 2014 to its 60,000 mile (!) service. They have always done meticulous work for me. This recent visit was no exception. The car needed a careful alignment, and a mystery buzz/rattle pinpointed and fixed. Fantastic service! Vrej and his manager were super professional, maintained communication, promptly contacted me when they discovered an additional issue, and completed the service timely. Great all around. If you need to service your car, just ask for Vrej!

Mickey Mouse operation that consistently fails to meet the level of customer service expected of a luxury car brand. Difficult to reach a service rep via telephone, almost impossible to schedule a servicing at a reasonable time, wholly overpriced for even the simplest services (even for a luxury brand), and, in less important matters, they always have an excuse as to why they can't give me my complimentary car wash.
