I have a mixed review….Actually MEDICAL STAFF are all great. Office personnel are terrible. I had an appointment this past Monday, 10/5/26. My actual experience with a couple of them was great. I did a hearing test with the audiologist and a follow up visit with NP. The NP, Rene, asked me to get back in touch with her regarding the type of hearing aids I had. They set up an appointment at 2:40 and then si received a message for a new appointment at 3 ,I got there and the secretary or whatever told me that I was late because my appointment for hearing was at 2:40 I told her ,I got a message saying at 3 pm I thought that was reschedule or something and she say no,you have 2 appointments but they never told me that I will have 2 appointments,I waisted my day,cause I don’t even live near by and I have to request the day off from work to get this appointment .
