Rita, the appointment scheduler has horrible customer service! She attempted to argue with me at 10 in the morning regarding my son’s appointment. I can never get an appointment that accommodates my schedule and she claimed that my son missed five appointments however she’s going back to the first missed appointment, he has been a patient at this office since he was born and he’s 4 years old. Extremely horrible customer service And if this happens again, I will be finding a new office for my children.
