As a high level athlete, our 16 year old was struggling to maintain his weight and body mass necessary for his sport. At his level of play, he was burning through so many calories and we were struggling to keep the weight on him. One of the best investments I made. I've seen a couple of dieticians and nutritionists before, but Cristina gave me the best results. She's very kind, caring and listens well. Cristina was able to find what I was doing wrong with my diet after I showed her my food diary. I got her starter package and it worked well for me. I have enough energy now to work out twice a day and still be alright the next day. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and worth the money. Ya just gotta stick with her plan though.
I dedicate this Medal to Cristina . Can’t put in words the way she helped me accomplish my goal . I started my weight loss journey @ 204lbs on verge of turning 40 . I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and pre diabetic . With Cristina’s guidance, expertise and vast knowledge of nutrition not only I just did my first triathlon but lost 47 pounds and 8 inches of my waist . Her way of handling the clients of out of world . All I gotta say is she saved my life . So thank you Cristina . More triathlons to do .
