Dr. Savu is an amazing physician and her staff is excellent. Always provides high quality of care, truly listens and addresses everything, and is very punctual. Best primary care physician you can ask for. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
This place has gone downhill. Horrible service. I’m constantly having to hound them to approve my prescriptions and to read My test results. Extremely disappointed with their lack of care.
Cristina Savu is a very unprofessional provider. The office consists of another provider and students who have to be in the room with you while you’re being seen by this provider. I advised that I did not feel comfortable with this and would rather not have the student in the room. Savu demanded that her student needed to be in the room and was very rude toward me. Had to switch Insurance in the middle of a critical condition. Dr. Savu on the first day was abusive and uncaring, blew my sepsis symptoms off as old age and denied me a referral to my current doctor because he was out of her network. Lost three crucial months of treatment being with her. I am now facing major surgery, if I survive long enough for it.
