I took my 14 year to dye, cut and wash and set. The people were welcoming but the results was terrible. The older lady does not know how to cut hair. My daughter wanted a light brown color with long layers. But hair turned out orange with a terrible cut. My daughter cried the entire day after. Plus they charge me $453. Ridiculously expensive with no promising results

I hate that I even had to leave this review but I had a terrible experience. I asked for something very simple honey brown with layers showed the lady my inspo pic more than once and she played in my hair. The hair color was not at all what I asked for, my layers were chopped I had them dye my eyebrows and they were horrible it was so bad I went home and cried!
