Dr. Alencar and her staff are knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. They took excellent care of me during my chemotherapy infusions. They are still delivering excellent care with my follow-up treatments now that I am in remission. I am grateful to them for my care and to be alive! Dr. Ale car is my fourth oncologist in a sixteen year span and she is the best. She listens. She answers questions I ask and ones I didn’t know I should ask. I trust her and the staff to watch over me on my cancer journey.
Dr. Alencar is the best. Always concerned about my care. I feel very comfortable with her and her team. Only concern I have is the check out process. Takes way, way to long. Have waited at least 30 minutes at times to check out. And that was with three other patients in front of me. Three.
