Dr. Ale car is my fourth oncologist in a sixteen year span and she is the best. She listens. She answers questions I ask and ones I didn’t know I should ask. I trust her and the staff to watch over me on my cancer journey.
Dr. Alencar is the best. Always concerned about my care. I feel very comfortable with her and her team. Only concern I have is the check out process. Takes way, way to long. Have waited at least 30 minutes at times to check out. And that was with three other patients in front of me. Three.
Dr. Alencar has been very friendly, professional and thorough during all my appointments. She makes the effort possible to explain her diagnosis and treatment plan. All the staff in the office are very helpful
Dr. Alencar is amazing. She’s literally a life saver. She treats her patients like they are family members. It’s obvious she cares a great deal about her patients. She is an exemplary doctor in every aspect.
I didn’t have good luck with my infusion this time. I got sick about an hour and 1/2 later. Have no idea why. Never happened before. So, I canceled my second infusion. Dr. Alencar is a great Dr. She takes the time to listen to all your complaints. You never feel rushed!
