Called Bernal Jewelers for advice on the repair of my diamond earring. Cristian was very helpful over the phone and explained the several different backings I could choose from for a replacement. I picked the one I wanted and he said I could stop by the next day to pick it up. Very nice location with plenty of parking in front. I left with a new backing for my earring that is very secure. Cristian was very kind and provided expert guidance regarding a bracelet repair. I really appreciated that he was 100% candid and not just trying to take my money. He also mentioned complimentary jewelry cleaning for neighbors!
Needed to get a stone set and decided to go with Cristian. He was very nice and helpful over the phone which prompted an in person meet. He was diligent, very detailed in his assessment and explained quite a bit about the process and offered a lot of knowledge.
