Personnel were great, but I had to wait two hours for a CT scan.
Dr. Baeza saved my life!!! God couldn't have given me the best surgeon. I had an aortic dissection and normally you do not have symptoms. John Ritter the actor died from an aortic dissection. When I went to the ER at Lake West and they did a CT Scan of my chest they found the cause of my symptoms and immediately had to take me to UH Main Campus. Excellent communication all around beginning with Lisa, Nurse Navigator. A most satisfying experience with Dr. Anttizzani, MD and Dr. Baeza, MD. Full clear explanations and very engaging in asking questions and in providing answers. All of the staff is top notch.
