Your professionalism was refreshing. It gave me clarity, and confidence in your abilities as a medical practitioner.
Office visit was ok. Was scheduled for a two week follow up for lab results through a video call. No one explained the process of getting on the video call or if there would be a link given so the video call never happened. No one reached out. The staff never returns your call back. You have to go through a call center to send a msg which they never respond to. The whole way the office runs is a complete mess.
Very thorough doctor that is professional and also very kind. Gave me really great advice on different ways to get my blood sugar levels down. Also really appreciate the support and the way she listens to your concerns showing she truly cares about her patients.
