My wife and I made an offer on a house in Riverview. approx. 1 month later we had a very good reason to back out of the deal. Instead of returning our earnest money and re listing the sellers place the agent from Cristello insisted on running the course (90 days) and keeping the house off the market. 90 days passes and we realize they did not disclose the CDD fees so again we notify him and retract our offer.
