Great job completed on our above ground kayak pool. Other contractors mentioned the pool could not be fixed however, O'Neill not only made the repair, but also did a wonderful job closing the pool this year. He saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and/or replacement of our pool. We are extremely pleased with the dedication and service provided.
I can’t say enough about this company. Oneil and his crew went up and above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. The communication was awesome. The professionalism was 100%. The pool turned out absolutely perfect. We love it so very much. I highly recommend this company.

Ten Stars…. We really love working with Cristals. A few years ago they replaced a liner on our above ground Swimming pool in Severn and did a fantastic job. Now in 2024 we have a house on Virginia’s Eastern shore. When our original installer for our new above ground pool dropped out we called O’Neil at Cristals. He agreed to do the job. Driving 3 hours and working 9 hour day in 20 knots winds to get the pool installed. Very professional and personable crew. Thanks a bunch O’Neil, Shannel, and Will. O'Neil was great showed up on time and was prepared to work. He did my pool closing and I was totally satisfied. I will be utilizing this company to meet my pool needs going fwd.
