There are times when looking at reviews are helpful and others when they are not helpful. I wanted to post a helpful review. I found Cristal as she was nearby. When I communicated with her about the service I was looking for (sew in) she was very professional. Let me tell you...if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Made 2 years ago, just updated with description and pictures: I made an appointment and still had to wait to have my hair done, mind you, a girl was in there coughing the walls down the entire time. I booked a blowout and the ”hairstylist” did not know how to do my hair at all and literally just played in my head. The nail lady came over, seen I was unhappy with my service and said the nastiest things about me and my hair in patois like she’s the only person from JA on the planet and no one can understand her.
