omg the worse place ever. poor residents, the food is disgusting, rats in the kitchen, The staff are not professionals .The administrator Jane Powers is a joke. please don't send your love ones to this place.
They are extremely understaffed and neglectful to the residents. They need to have their license pulled and the residents need to moved to a more adequate facility.
there's many questions to be answered right now, anyone with family here should look into this place and demand answers. some of the questions... are they currently pending license revocation? today when someone arrived and 1 staff member was present in the whole facility, a facility that can house over 200 people, is that an ongoing thing ? are these residents safe and will be cared for during the hurricane and not abandoned left to fend for themselves? are these residents being fed properly? is there even a cook on staff? ... read more
this place is horrible when my grandpa died they moved my grandma to a different room not even 24 hours later and threw all my grandpa's stuff away. its the worst no cook to feed them nothing my. grandma was buying her own food or eating out
Cristal Palace resort is currently under investigation as all employee lefts their residents with no assistance. Not a single employee on staff right now!!! Police are on the way
