I’m a new patient since a few months of Dr. Ulteig she’s an excellent doctor, very thorough and has a great bedside manner. however, it’s extremely challenging to leave a message or get a response in a timely manner. This texting system needs to be replaced with live operators. The pharmacist has sent a fax since 2 days .5 days and I now have left 3 messages . No response. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in Palm Beach county.
I've been seeing Dr. Ulteig for a few months now. She did my colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything went perfect. She listed to my concerns and presented me with options on how to proceed next. Never felt rushed on my appointments and she never pushed for unnecessary tests.
I would Definitely recommend Dr. Ulteig. She's easy to talk to without embarrassment and compassionate, very professional. The staff is great too.
