Unfortunately, I do NOT recommend Crissy. I have been in therapy all of my life. I consider myself to be well-seasoned to what is appropriate, and what is not. After quite some time of seeing her, the session she told me, “If you’re not going to listen to me…then don’t keep coming to see me,” immediately stunned me. A statement that came from a non-objective and personal place from her. That is NOT what the basis of therapy is upon.
My therapist left this practice without ever telling me. She never even cancelled our last appt. Super disappointing.
