I heard that this food truck was fantastic. Reviews looked great but I know how that goes. This food truck is in the Old Main Icehouse in Cibolo. While the chicken leg was good, the breast was a skinless boneless chicken breast. Very thin. Not what I would expect. The sides were meh but the biscuits were great. I was blown away by the food from Crispy Food Truck in Cibolo. Everything we tried was genuinely outstanding. The mac n’ cheese was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned — easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken fingers were juicy on the inside with a fantastic crispy coating, and the variety of sauces they offer took them to another level (the combo of sauces we tried was addictive!).
