I just had my A/C serviced by Crisp Air. When booking the service I was given a verbal quote of about $900. When I questioned this amount, I was told it takes two technicians about 2 hours to complete that amount of work. However, despite the service taking only 1 hour and ten minutes by just ONE technician I was still presented with a bill for $892. We used Crispair to replace all our air conditioners at home. From the moment I called and dealt with Sam P I knew I was in good hands. Guided me through the options that were available to us to improve what we currently had. The whole interaction was seamless from that first call to the installation. WE HAD OUR REVERSE CYCLE A/C (4 Ducted units) PROFESSIONALLY SERVICED BY JOE, FROM CRISP AIR. WE ARE THOUROUGHLY PLEASE WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, WORKMANSHIP & FOUND THEIR SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. IN PARTICULAR WE THANK JOE, THE MAINTENANCE GUY FOR HIS EXCELLENT CRAFT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRISP AIR.
