Got a Daikin unit installed recently. They were happy for me to book 3 months in advance before I moved into a place which was fantastic. Price was the best of a number of quotes and their rep was polite, knowledgeable and responded quickly to changes in design. Had a small issue where an activation code wasn’t sent to me (probably ended up in spam) but an SMS at 7 in the morning asking for help was answered almost immediately and the issue resolved in about 20 mins. The investigation and solution provided by Rebecca, Matthew and his team was efficient and affordable. They were on time, had great communication and empathetic. I highly recommend them.
Michael and his Team (Matt & Harry) have done a champion job with the de and re-commissioning with alterations, to our Daikin fully ducted system which includes the Advantage Air Fresh Air System with complete functionality on the MyPlace App upgrade making the management and personalization of various rooms a breeze!
