Disappointed. They claim to strive for perfection, but the last job they did for me deviated from what they had promised. It was close enough to what I ordered, that I accepted it; however, when I see it up on my wall, that remains a source of minor frustration. We came in today (march 4, 2026), in part, to purchase end caps to partially correct that work. They declined to sell them to us, indicating they needed to see the product.
