2 stars for the food. Minus 3 for the service. It’s so painfully slow. I order ahead and the last 3x my food has not been ready at the “promised time” stamped on the app. Tonight they hadn’t even started on my food when I arrived at the exact pick-up time and still took them 10 minutes to make it. Idk what it is about this location but they are so much worse than grand. They don’t follow directions on take out. I pay so much money and I’m a repeat customer who tips well when we pickup in person. I have Arfid and I rely on you listening to what I put in my order. The grand crisp is amazing so idk what’s going on here
