I've loved going to Crisp and Green for years now, but it seems they've either really gone down hill in the past year or so, or this location is just a bit messed up. Without fail, they forget to put something on my salad that I inevitably paid a couple bucks for. Add eggs or parmesan crisps or avocado? More often than not, I get home and find out it's not on there. I ordered on the app ahead and went right to the store to pick up and when I got there I was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes since it was ordered on the app. The app did indicate that it would be ready in 20 minutes but I figured it would be quicker to order ahead and pick up, especially since there was only 2 people in the line when I got there ordering and no one else waiting for their pick up order. I guess it would have been better to order at the store rather than ahead of time.
