The only reason I gave 4 stars to Service is because the person preparing my food was on her first day and I had to let her know how to put it together
Went in for a build your own bowl with chicken like always & drove across the street to eat and noticed my chicken was very slimy and looked underwhelming. I came back and explained what happened to an associate and she asked if i wanted something else or a refund. I said I didn’t want anything else and she went to get another associate who approached me asking what was wrong and i told her the chicken was not good. There were only 3 workers, one seemed to be the manager. They looked overwhelmed. I've worked in the food industry too so I get it, but please make sure your food is fresh. We ordered a fiesta bowl and a no prob cobb. The fiesta bowl had crunchy beans and uncut veggies. The no prob cobb was basically just over sauced kale with light toppings, and next to no meat despite being advestised as having chicken and bacon.
