My girlfriend ordered to go mobile order for us, and its currently 40 minutes of waiting in the store (past when the order was due) and it still hasnt came. I was actually watching other mobile orders come and go and we still hadnt gotten our food. The staff asked for my mobile order name 5 times and 40 minutes later they realized they didnt even print the receipt. It took them another 10 to make it. 50 minutes for two salads. I never write negative reviews but I just waited over 40 minutes in line to get a bowl and then it was made incorrectly. This location used to be fantastic. Not anymore. Just go somewhere else. Zupas is down the street.
