Good healthy food. Staff didn't seem to care if I was there or not. They were not helpful to someone who had never been there before even though I told them that it was my first time.

typically pretty good. today, i ordered without a protein (that I'm allergic to) and they still put it in. I had to throw my order away.

I’ve eaten at Crisp & Green enough times now that I feel comfortable leaving an honest review. I come here at least once—sometimes a few times—a week, and I’ve been doing so consistently for about the past month. The food itself is good. I genuinely like the concept and the flavors. That said, good food alone doesn’t make up for poor service, passive-aggressive attitudes, and portions that keep getting smaller. I never leave reviews but feel obliged to today. I found a green beetle with long legs ALIVE crawling around in my salad after I had eaten nearly all of it. The manager said it’s common due to the freshness of the food however I’d like to think that properly preparing and washing the produce would have killed off any bugs. Very disappointed and sick to my stomach…

Ordered food a week and a half ago through crisp and Green's app. It kept on saying the food was coming. Never arrived. Finally got a hold of the doordash driver. He said he just accepted it. This went on for almost an hour and a half. When called to talk to manager she was blaming everybody else and just wasn't getting the situation resolved. Ask for a full refund due to the food being so late. She said she would never did happen. Won't go there again.
