Horrible service and mid salads at best. Better options at cash wise

Food was great as always. Never had an issue with an online order til my last visit. I got there 3 minutes after my pickup time and there were 4 employees standing by the register just chatting. I stand there for another 8 minutes and they ask me if I am picking up an order. When I told them my name, they said they didn't have an order under that name, then realized someone had stuck my order slip to the wall and not started it. Overall the food is good for what it is. The flavor combinations go very well together. Service varies on the employees. I've had great experiences and lackluster ones too but at no time did I think or feel that the food I received was not prepared properly.
