Not nearly as good as other locations. No extra protein, missing bacon, our wraps weren't cut and parking is a disaster. The lady behind the counter was nice.

This place is NEVER consistent. I normally go for the wraps and they are always a different size when I go . I stopped in today for a ranch wrap and it was the tiniest wrap I’ve ever seen or have gotten from this location and it was over 50% just tortilla . I was very disappointed being that it was over $13. I was in a rush so I didn’t ask them to remake it , but I’m not sure if that would have made a difference . Will not be coming back here for a while .

Ordered online for pickup and left a 22% tip. Arrived about 10 minutes after the estimated time for a simple order (2 of the same signature wrap, one with brown rice). When I came in, there was no clear pickup area like other locations. Two employees, including one at the front with an earbud in, didn’t acknowledge me or the one other customer for several minutes while casually working on other orders. waited in line for over 10 minutes while four other staff walked around, never greeted me, never said just a second. Once, a worker came to me to take my order, rushed, and put everything in a bowl without asking if I wanted anything additional, like corn or cucumbers. Once I got to the front, the lady had four other things she was making in front of me, with no line. I asked her if my bowl was next, she said no, doing wrap again - without greeting me. Walked away and left my bowl- Worst experience.
