Online order for 4 bowls for takeout. Two of them have rotten avocado, completely brown, black, and slimy in them when we open them at home. One was fine. Drive all the way back. Staff does not apologize, say anything about the inconvenience, or offer a refund. They remade the bowl but apparently didn’t feel any accountability or sympathy. What terrible service.
I go here everytime I'm in the cities. The salad bowls are huge & filling, great selection of organic ingredients. Love it!!
Usually the staff are VERY nice. Once in a while you get an employee who would clearly be somewhere else. I always sit in the back near the restroom and I think that staff doesn’t realize that any customers are in the store. I just like being in a more private area while eating. I usually dine in during less busy times it seems. You can hear most of what the employees are talking loudly about.
