Worst experience ever…we ask for 2 bowls with tofu to go and it takes them forever to make it. We drive all the way home and then realized they made our bowls with chicken (we don’t eat meat) so we have to drive back and get them to remake them. They tell us they don’t have tofu ready and they need to make more, so we sit there for 20 minutes while they make tofu. At this point it’s been a 2 hours process to just get 2 bowls. I’ve been to this location before, but this visit was not up to the standard of the other times. This restaurant has a service line set up where you select your menu item and they add ingredients to your bowl. Although there were four people “working” only one was actively serving guests. One more was in the back, braiding, a second girl’s hair, (yes, really!), presumably helping her get ready for work.
