I moved to KC recently and was having trouble finding a barber I liked, but Crisp Cuts was the answer. Everyone here is super friendly and talented, highly recommend stopping by.
My husband actually received an unsatisfactory cut from a newcomer still in training. As soon as the owner Bobby found out that he was unhappy with his cut, Bobby reached out and absolutely made sure that he got him back in asap and got him right. Which he definitely did! The cut looks amazing! And it's very admirable that Bobby wants to make sure that every customer leaves happy - when he could have easily just covered for his employee and made him live with a crummy cut for a few weeks.
