He is fine however his staff is terrible. You can never get a hold of anyone at his office, they never answer the phone! Very difficult to make appt, that person never answers her line and you have to leave a msg. Whoever is the office manager is terrible at their job! Plus always at least an hour wait to see doctor, no matter when your appt is scheduled for.

Horrendous! NO FOLLOW THROUGH! In & out of room running like a hamster in a wheel. Front office is run line a romper room. Total confusion! I am care taker with a friend trying to just get a scan & they cannot even request correct scan orders. Front office says it takes days for dr’s notes, when they produced them in minutes. They are a complete mess. STAY AWAY!

Lack of communication and direction. The staff has no professional training in patient care or basic administrative responsibilities. We've been misinformed from day one. For the second time, they messed up our appointments leaving my recently diagnosed family member walking back home after walking there for an appointment THEY scheduled. We have the card as proof. When we arrived they said he had no appointment and didn't even offer to pay for a cab. Unfortunately, I didn't reach there in time to pick him up or take him hom... read more

The problem is that his office support is inadequate or not sufficient. They are never able to accomplish their task in a reasonable amount of time (retrieve lab reports, insurance authorizations, send follow up lab orders, etc). Also the office schedules appointments for 8:30, Dr. C doeant come in until 9, and he doesn't get into room until 9:15.

Very disappointed in Dr. Crisostomo and his staff. My loved one went from a low risk to full blown AML and passed in a matter of 3 months under the care of Dr. Crisotomo. Staff was unresponsive when seeking copies of records. Staff took one week to obtain authorization to receive medication that eventually led to his rapid progression of his disease. My in-laws were given false hope and were not educated on the severe side effects and deadly consequences of the medications.

Horrible and stressfull e perience! His staff is not capable to reauest autorization for your insurance unless you call them everyday and even after that they do the wrong way! If an oncologyst treats you like no news is good news, and absolutely doesnt care for your emotional health this is the doctor to stay so far away!!! Just understands my frustration who has the same treatment that I had
