Whenever u call, ur put you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Even on Dr. visits you stand around for a while because they are on phone giggling talking private matters. He' s dishonest about test results. Appointments are never less than 3 to 4 months away even when urgent. He sends u for x rays, sonograms, Which you wait long hrs. you have to wait 3 to 4 months for appointments to get results, then he tells you they are normal, only to find out later via mail they weren't even approved
I am so thankful for Dr. Crisol. He is an outstanding Doctor! He is caring, kind, respectful, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. He sends the necessary tests to be able to find out what you have! He is positive and encouraging. Yes, you need to wait a little long but it's all worthy! Advise: if you want to have a good diagnose don't go in with a bad attitude and expecting he can read your pains and sores without you being specific! I highly recommend Dr. Crisol.
