I called in a crisis and needed someone to talk to. Instead I was asked why I’m even up at 12:30am……..I had woken up in a panic. Then she asked me she’s supposed to do?? I said I need someone to talk to. She said she only has ten minutes. This phone call made more suicidal than I was previously. Thanks lady

They are incredibly helpful when you're having a meltdown. They can also recommend services to help you.

As other reviews have shared, gross unprofessionalism and incompetence and rudeness. One of the women condescended me and told me she couldn't elaborate on why people could come to the physical center before telling me anyway. I pointed out this discrepancy and she told me she didn't have to deal with me and hung up. The countless lives she has probably taken is one too many. Rot in hell!

I called today by recommendation of the Human Services building, and they need to hire people with actual psychology background and crisis training. All the woman I spoke with did was interrupt me, yell at me, and tell me they weren't going to help me. All I was doing was asking questions about their services. One of my questions was if there was a physical crisis center. She said "no," and I looked it up after, and that was a lie.
