Came to my Aunts home to help her through a crisis. Denise(Crisis Specialist) was at the home she was severely rude/unprofessional. Even the 3 police men said same thing. I had to walk out the home before another issue was created. The 3 police men told me that they were happy I came because my Auntie wouldn’t calm down for them but she did for me. Yeah I been in the center a few times I never had an issue til today with an employee. If you hate your job, find another. Compassion is still a thing I hope you find it♥️
Good morning folks I lost my home and wife and was in an immediate crisis ok I’m also a businessman. So I went to Coleman Behavior center thinking I would've gotten some kind of medical and crisis support but all I got was a severe headache and frustration. I complied with all of their demands and was medically clear but my immediate needs weren't and I'm really shocked how this place treats anybody as though we are dumb cattle. Definitely not a five-star establishment.
I was and still am feeling really depressed and went to get help had me wait and wait i am dealing with anxiety and couldn't wait went to downtown location told me to come back tomorrow was kicked out of crisis center now i have no one to turn to what am i to do coleman needs shut down they dont help one bit
I’d give this place a zero star rating if the site allowed it. The people here are rude, judgmental and the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They seemed bothered by people who need and seek their help. It’s places like this that make people think they’re no good and end up making harmful decisions about their lives. The people running this place should be looked into because the level of unprofessional behavior is outrageous! Shame on all of you!
