I chose this salon because they had good reviews, they were in close proximity, and they have online booking. I booked with Cris but to my surprise she was servicing another customer when I arrived...so I had to wait. I finally got my hair washed and blow dried which was not a relaxing experience because the wash lady didnt use the proper tool to detangle my hair. Absolutely Loved this Salon ❣️ Everyone was so nice and my hair was amazing like I have never had my hair this straight in my life! Cris and I had a all day experience together. My hair extensions are amazing hands down the best! I been to going to shops for over 20 yrs this was the best experience ever here for me! Definitely found my new stylist Ms.Cris
I scheduled my daughter for three appointments. They do a fantastic job, for sure. The one star comes from putting a relaxer in my daughter's hair without my permission, as she is underage, and I brought her and paid. We've been here three times, and now her hair is falling out and breaking off. I will never come back. No one had permission, and I was clear with a blowout for thick hair, trimmed ends, and deep conditioner. I won't be back.
