I bought 2 shirts, each about $80. Only 1 arrived. I've been trying to call their customer service line but I only get recordings to leave a message. I did. I like the cut of the one shirt I did get but I'd like the white terrycloth I ordered. To update: I went through the help form in the confirmation email and got a reply right away. Replacement shirt received. I’m happy. Thanks, Criquet, for fixing this.

As long as you don't ever have to wash or dry them they are fine. Customer service is weak. Stick with Travis Mathew.

Bought 3 long sleeve polos and based on branding and what I paid I assumed they were quality shirts. They’re actually not, not at all. After one wash in a modern washer the collars became so wrinkled and distorted that they went from being suitable for dress casual at work to weekend casual around the house. Brooks Brothers (and honestly a few I have from Target) are far better quality and hold up after washing. Probably the worst quality to price paid for any item of clothing I have ever bought.
