Just noticed that my wife's review was taken down. Hopefully my name is in your record. Had to deal with Cripps realty and it's seller back in 2021. Put in an offer without condition on the house we're currently in. Our realtor was dealing with Tyler Marriott. First communication we got back after we put in the offer was that we're one of the top 3 bids and if we wanted to make our offer more attractive and extend the closing date.
