October 2nd: Incredibly rude woman (dirty blonde, shoulder length hair, about 50-55 years old, pinkish sweatshirt) has no business dealing with the public. When I asked where to buy tickets, she said they closed earlier this year. I responded that I checked online before we drove up and their calendar showed mid-October as their closing date. "No! RecommendedWonderful place and the staff were so friendly and nice! Will definitely ride again when we come back. The ride had lots of history about the area, the conductors were nice and the social distancing was done very well.
