Huge Shout Out for the customer service!!! Not only did I get the bike I truly wanted without knowing that's what I wanted. However we had a small problem with something. Not only did they fix it the day it happened... but delivered to the house afterwards. They wasn't even on my radar.... but they are now!!!!
Best experience I've had with a bike shop in years with Charlie and Joe. Knowledgable, engaged and collaborative with service needs to an extent I've rarely seen. (For someone who spends thousands per year on service for 3 heavily used high-end bikes). They immmediately diagnosed a freehub issue that the other shop missed on 3 visits. This place is 10/10! Joe, Jacob, and Trent have all taken great care of me as I have gotten into cycling recently, from helping me pick out the right emergency kit gear, tuning up my bike, and even taking the time to show me how to fix a flat tire and maintain my bike. Completely quality and trustworthy shop.
Jacob the mechanical was fantastic. He went above and beyond with diagnosing the problems and didn't make me feel rushed at all! The shop has a great selection of bike too!
