Pete was abundantly helpful and knowledgeable, felt very comfortable asking him detailed questions about advanced back country details and equipment. Trent Thomas at front were both very helpful getting me pointed in his direction quickly and hanging out until Pete was ready for my barrage of questions about split boards
DO NOT recommend for bike service. Paid them to make my brakes worse. Took it back, marginally better, but still worse. Boot fitting was great!
Mike and Randy are amazing boot fitters! I have oddly shaped feet of different sizes. (Don't we all?) I also have low volume feet. They were able to find a backcountry boot that fit well. Mike is an artist with custom insoles. I've never before felt an insole that hugged my foot so comfortably. After skiing in the boots, it was clear more adjustments were needed. I had an awesome experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong snowboard boot liner and the model I actually wanted was out of stock. When I reached out to cancel the order, they went above and beyond, they offered to switch my order to the correct liner and ship it to me as soon as it was restocked.
