I’ve tried three times to do business here, but got more attitude than help. I keep thinking it will get better. It hasn’t. Maybe my equipment isn’t fancy enough. Maybe I’m not fancy enough. I really like to support local Carbondale businesses, so this makes me sad.
Brandon took a ton of time to help me get into new boots and salvage some bad gear that I picked up at a local reseller. We’re going to start going to Cripple Creek as a first step from now on. Two great experiences within a week for my wife and I.
Erik was awesome and patient with helping us find the perfect gear! He spent lots of time explaining our options and we felt very confident that we left with a great setup!
