This Bike shop is the best! I come here for everything that I need. I recently ordered a specialized E bike from the website and had it delivered here. The guys here assembled it, fit it to my body and make sure I had everything I needed. They are so nice and so helpful! I just stopped by again for a couple of small tuneups on my new bike and they were right on it. I love this place and especially Mike has been super helpful to me. Kudos guys!

We had an excellent experience at Cripple Creek in Carbondale. Mike and Denny helped us choose from their selection of electric bikes and then helped us get set up. I will go back there again.

I’ve tried three times to do business here, but got more attitude than help. I keep thinking it will get better. It hasn’t. Maybe my equipment isn’t fancy enough. Maybe I’m not fancy enough. I really like to support local Carbondale businesses, so this makes me sad.
