Crippen Woodworks was fantastic from start to finish. It is the kind of construction project that everyone dreams of - easy communication, prompt, nice, and went above and beyond. Our deck is beautiful and we are so happy!
Here is a company that cares about every detail from the smallest to the biggest. I knew when to expect a crew, when not to expect a crew, what was on the agenda, not only for the day, but for the weeks to follow. I never waited for someone that just never showed up. Fidel, Charlie & Paige were exceptional to work with on our complete deck and patio rebuild. Their professionalism, attention to detail and service were impressive! It's rare to find such high-quality craftsmanship. The Crippen Woodworks entire team is outstanding.
We were very careful in selecting a contractor for our deck. We were investing a lot because we wanted steel, and, as an attorney, I know too many construction-gone-wrong stories. The steel deck manufacturer recommended only one person, Charlie Crippen. We did get a number of quotes, all roughly the same amounts, but no one did what Charlie did. The Crippin team was organized, conscientious, responsive and provided excellent work on our new deck. The deck is quite large and I thought a complicated project. However, Crippen Woodworks was extremely knowledgeable about how to approach the project and the deck is beautiful.I would highly recommend using Crippin Woodworks for any renovation project.
