I like video provided of service and update on your car status via text. Approved and signed for service. No more unnecessary calling or wondering what’s going on.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress and take your vehicle anywhere else. The communication at this dealership is abysmal—or completely nonexistent. Above all, they do not take customer concerns seriously. When we brought up legitimate issues regarding the work being done (or not being done) on our vehicle, management immediately went on the defensive.
