Unfortunately, my visits here have never been great. First time I had simple requests during my first regular Volvo service. One about checking my software (to connect app to my phone) and changing my wipers. They told me yes but when I was checking out it was obvious they forgot and told me I had to go to reach out different departments. Second time (two weeks ago) I took my car because of an alarm kept popping up, they told me it was quick but waited 4.5 hours in the waiting room only for them to tell me it needed a new ba... read more
Good volvo service.
Multiple visits for the same service related issue caused a lot of frustration. While the sales team and the service scheduler seemed on top of their game and provided excellent customer service the service team itself was another matter. Only one qualified technician on staff to handle Volvo issues. Failure to resolve issues on the first visit. And failure to set and meet customer expectations. Crippin Volvo has a lot of work to do with regard to its service department.
100% recommend! I’m obsessed with my Volvo and it wouldn’t have been possible without Nate and Chad. They both went above and beyond for me and I’m so appreciative. Thank you!!
