I had my coolant thermostat repaired here last month, but they didn’t properly tighten the coolant reservoir cap, causing the coolant to leak out completely. On top of that, when I initially came in for service, they forgot to order the necessary part, which delayed the repair by nearly two months. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience I have ever had 8 months of working on my car hardly no progress updates nothing then says we can't have a loaner car cause there was scratches we had it for 8 months we lived our life for over half a year cause crippen couldn't get my car fixed DO NOT GO HERE
