Outstanding job. Schedule was easy they came out the next day I was in a bit of an emergency. The two-person crew was very talkative and informative with lots of information. Paying the invoice with also easy and setup a future timeline reminder. Performed very well, professionally.
Tavo and Dustin were quick, efficient and friendly. Great customer service!
Quick service and great communication. I will give them that. But potentially not the most knowledgeable business. Was having septic problems and asked them to come pump. They told me they found the septic they were going to begin service. Afterwards they asked me to flush my toilet and they said they didnt see anything. Told me septic must not be the issue and recommend a plumber to roto root. Both of these guys were unsuccessful. Spent about 550 dollars. Between the two of them. After having a horrible experience with a company I had used for years for our septic clean out, I was a bit apprehensive when it came to choosing a new septic company. Cripes was very kind over the phone. They went above and beyond to contact the health department to get information on our tank because I lost my paperwork. They even printed me out a copy!
