I came to Crimson with a moderate but lengthy curb rash on my rear passenger side wheel. He took care of me pretty quickly to set up an appointment. Gave me an estimate based on photos and gave me a pretty accurate wait time. he was very nice and considerate, and once he saw the wheel in person and figured it wasn’t as bad as he thought he didn’t still charge me the same amount .
