in the beginning Jennifer was very helpful and responsive to things that needed done on this house i rented.. then RJ came in the picture.. very RUDE .. i had an incident i their house i had renters insurance to cover the cost of repairs, i was out of my hose for almost a month waiting on the to have repairs done.. i had to check out of the hotel.. my time had expired.. no place to go..Rj was having his contractors upgrade his house instead of repairing what needs to be repaired.. i moved out and moved back in and the next w... read more

The rent was cheap, but you get what you pay for. The house floods once a year, but she will not tell you that or do anything to prevent it. When the front door would not close, it took a week to send somebody out. I called one time to warn that the rent would be late a few days. I received a fee and a harsh letter. When it came time for her to return the deposit, it took her 3 weeks after several calls, because, "I've just been really busy."

This people act and carry themselves exactly like criminal scammers try to avoid doing business with this people.
