They told us that they thought that they what the problem was. They advised a 2 hour minimum at 135 and hour 270 plus tax minimum. They went over to the house, never called us or wrote back to tell us what they found or even what they suspected. We contacted them and asked about the visit and the half hour they spent at the house. Nothing was wrong but for a half hour to find nothing we paid close to $300.
Repaired a faulty junction box
Installed 7 new smoke detectors. Did a very good job. I would highly recommend Crimson Power for any electrical needs.

Horrible customer service. We were not provided with any estimate or clear pricing, even when asked on the day of service. The work involved a simple breaker replacement, with two technicians sent and approximately 15 minutes on-site. The only description on the bill was “breaker replacement,” yet this does not align with how management later attempted to justify the charges.
