Horrible customer service. We were not provided with any estimate or clear pricing, even when asked on the day of service. The work involved a simple breaker replacement, with two technicians sent and approximately 15 minutes on-site. The only description on the bill was “breaker replacement,” yet this does not align with how management later attempted to justify the charges. Great overall service. Very quick to setup the initial appointment. Installed outdoor soffit lights, both the planning and installation was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for household electrical needs.
