I've lived at Crimson Point Apartments since June, 2023. At the end of my lease in 2025, I left for a brief 2 months, before rushing back to Crimson Point after less than stellar properties and management elsewhere. The current property manager, Marissa, has been here since I moved in and she is THE MOST responsive, ethical, on top of her game property manager I've experienced, and I've had my share over the years. Great staff! They are friendly and helpful and care about their tenatnts.
Great place to live! Office staff is absolutely amazing and they are wonderful to work with! The pool is always clean and so is the gym area! Would love a play area for the kids but otherwise it's great!
