I was scheduled an appointment at 8:15, checked in at 8:25 and was waiting in the room until 8:50. That tells you how well this practice is run.

The worst. Inaccurate. Dishonest. Only interested in money and selling things. Misdiagnosed my issue, sold me something that caused pain, refused to issue refund. Go anywhere else.

It is impossible to get ahold of this office. Despite paying my bill, they continue to send me invoices and informed me I was sent to collections. Do not go

I am so happy with my entire experience at Crimson Foot and Ankle and with Dr. Emily Cook. I’ve been visiting since spring of 2024 for various foot issues, some dealt with in office and two surgical (bunions). My feet have been giving me problems for over 20 years. All experiences have been amazing and given me great results! Happy is an understatement, I could seriously cry. Dr. Emily Cook is a very skilled, wonderful doctor/surgeon. I’m not impressed with this group. Aside from billing being a gigantic mess, I waited for almost an hour and a half for my last visit, to have two 5 minute consults, with a gap of 20 min in between. No interest in helping me figure out which of my prior steps which they had recommended (stretching, brace, shoe inserts, etc) was on the right track. Just “It’s still not healed after a month?
