Absolute best shop ive been to in McMurray. The team genuinely cares about their customers and community. Cannot emphasize enough how great their team is. Wouldn't recommend any other place. They were very accommodating and kind and definatly know their stuff. If the team sees this thank you again!
Crimson Auto was recommended to me from a friend a few months back. I had decided to put some funds into my current truck instead of buying a new one and I am happy I made the decision to do it through Crimson. Not only is my truck running and driving great!! The price was fair and The customer service and family feel is amazing. They don’t push extra stuff. They give you information and help you make decisions. The staff was super friendly. They got me in quickly, they didn't overcharge and did a great job 🤩 this is now my go-to place for all vehicle repairs!
Ordered a truck cap and had it installed by them. It was an awesome experience starting at the front desk up to their service. 10/10 with the quality of work, very transparent with the pricing. Would definitely go back and do more business with them.
