we had Crimsafe doors installed by Paul from Crimex. It has been one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. Once installed the doors jammed and did not close without some serious fiddling. Once closed they pushed across leaving an opening. They were also not correctly fitted with a H-channel where the double doors meet so the locks are exposed. Paul at Crimex came, measured up and within two weeks installed . Very happy with the service - absolutely faultless . Not the cheapest, but you pay for higher security. Highly recommended
I'd like to Thank Crimex, Paul Owen who has gone absolutely above and beyond to manufacture and install a Crimsafe security door, in record time, for my son after a recent catastrophic event. Not only is Paul a professional and the door is excellent quality, he is a decent man that understood the magnitude of what has happened and has been incredibly kind. Crimex were very helpful as we decided the right product for us. Team members were super friendly and quotes were sent through immediately for us to consider. Tim installed the door and when we needed some assistance a few months later he came back within hours of us contacting him. Would highly recommend Crimex.
Tim & Fi were absolutely amazing to deal with. Highly professional in their field and fantastic workmanship. If your looking for a crimsafe door with perfect customer service this is the place to go through. I will definitely be using them in the future for our sliding doors as the whole experience was made easy.
