I rang this Company regarding a generic letter I received regarding my property having a safety electrical inspection. As the letter was so abrupt and condescending I contacted them to explain I would not be there at the said time and was unable to move furniture due to a recent back injury. Absolutely diabolical supervisor very rude .not a but understanding because I cancelled due to a family death ..if it wasn't for the fact my landlord uses this company I would not have them enter my property
